 Exchange Policy


  • Our exchange policy lasts 5 days after you receive your shoes.
  • We offer exchanges only if we have sent you the incorrect size or damaged items shipped.
  • No returns/refunds, only exchanges

Damaged Or Incorrect Product Size Exchange Policy

  • The request for an exchange should arrive within 5 days of receiving the shoes. The delivery date on the tracking system will be used as the receiving date of your shipment.
  • Send us by email at a detailed explanation of why you want to exchange your Air Cushion Sneakers.
  • Include pictures of the shoes you received showing all the size labels (circle label and inside labels).
  • A valid order confirmation must be sent.
  • The shoes should have never been used.
  • Shipping information will be sent to you by email with instructions of how to exchange your shoes.
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or courier address.

I Ordered The Incorrect Size, What Do I Do

  • You will be able to change the size of your ordered shoes within the next 12 hours after your purchase.
  • Send an email to requesting the change within the 12 hours after your purchase.
  • Confirmation of you change will be sent to you within 24 hour of your request.

I Do Not Have A Valid Order Confirmation Can I Still Request A Refund Or Exchange?

  • We CAN NOT offer a refund or exchange without a valid order confirmation from Pronia Inc.

How Long Will It Take To Get A Resolution About My Refund Or Exchange?

  • Once we receive all the necessary information, we will get back to you within 5 working days with our decision about your exchange.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

  • You can cancel your order only if your order has not been shipped.
  • Most of the orders are shipped the same night the order was placed.

Undelivered Package

  • Shipments redirected by courier due to incorrect or incomplete address due to customer’s error, may incur an extra service charge that would have to be paid by the customer.
  • Shipments determined to be undelivered or the delivery refused by customer will be return to courier’s warehouse and it will NOT be possible to get it back. Rejected packages are NOT eligible for exchange.
